The BBPO is a group of volunteers who support the band staff and students in their pursuit of excellence in marching and music. Volunteers handle such areas as hospitality, safety, chaperoning, uniforms, coordination, logistics, prop building, pit crewing, and more.
Typically, the BBPO meets once each month depending on the needs and circumstances. Meetings can be found in the Google Calendar and through the Events tab in the Band App.
Additionally, the BBPO organizes fundraising opportunities to help the band meet its financial obligations while reducing the financial impact on families. The club also provides assistance to those with financial hardships who would otherwise be unable to participate.
The primary goal of this organization is to embrace the band program and support it in a way that is consistent with the staff’s leadership – personifying the core values of this legendary organization.
